Production Times

• Regular production time on flags, plaques, trophies is 7-10 days

• Coins, custom-made wood products, statues - please call/email

• Rush orders will be assessed an extra charge (approx. 20% extra)

Shipping/Handling

• We ship stateside orders USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL

• Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO’s

• We ship international orders via United States Postal Service

•  Please email/call in advance for shipping/handling charges

•  Specialized packing/handling charges for certain items (e.g. statues) will be confirmed in advance

• Insurance (extra) is required on all shipped items

Billing

• Prices do not include Kansas taxes (applies to in-state orders only)

• We accept all major credit/debit cards, Government IMPAC card, and money orders

• Personal checks must clear before shipping
